alright, this selfish sewing week thing is happening!!! and everyone's getting ready posts have me all inspired to make an official list for me too! in the spirit of doing for myself, i'm going to label everything on my list as a maybe b/c i might just change my mind. and this week is about ME.

ten. new pj pants. that's as far as i've gotten with that idea. maybe out of knit?
nine. spend some time looking though new sewing books, feminine wardrobe: town, party, resort and quilting happiness.
eight, seven, six: patterns i'm crushing on... Ruby Top from Made by Rae, Casual Lady from Go To Patterns, and Simple Skinny Jeans by Sew Liberated.

five. use my new nani iro a/w fabrics from miss matatabi (double knits!!) to make something fabulous.

four. draft my upcoming new pattern, the meridian cardigan, in grown-up size. (i might have have gotten a head start with this one, and it's looking great so far!)
three. make a new bess top out of this pretty cotton lawn and/or this floral cotton hemp/linen blend.

two. leggings... i have my eye on this tutorial by Cal Patch for etsy on drafting your own.
one. for some reason, this feels like the ultimate in selfish sewing... make a new purse for me!!! i already have some fab fabric from Baker Street Fabrics picked out and Sewing Patterns by Mrs. H sent me some fab hardware last week to use with it too :) very excited!
